ACCOUNTS:
Our management will include arranging the service charge year-end accounts to be sent to all the leaseholders on time. These reports clearly show the development’s income and expenditure. Once the accounts are ready, we invite all leaseholders to attend the annual general meeting. This gives everyone a chance to review the financial status of the block and ask any questions they might have.
REPORTS:
We create clear, easy-to-understand reports that are available upon request. All reports are completely transparent and easy to read. Our managers will then present these reports to the board of directors to discuss the financial situation. These reports give a full picture of your block’s financial situation.
FUNDS:
Your money is handled with utmost care. We keep service charge funds in a separate client account and we use professional independent accountants to review and produce the reports for our clients.
